Once rehydrated, this package contains the number of pounds listed in the quantity you selected, of vanilla bean ice cream.
Ingredients: Milk, Cream, Sugar, Whey, Vanilla, Vanilla Bean, Carob Bean Gum, Guar Gum. We use Kemps Simply Crafted Vanilla Bean Premium Ice Cream.
Packaging uses heavy duty 7 Mil mylar bags and Harvest Right oxygen absorbers, and bags are triple heat sealed for added protection.
Rehydration Tips: Ice cream is one of those products where it's especially important to add the correct amount of water back in, to get the original consistency. Simply subtract the freeze dried weight from the original weight, and you have the exact amount of water to add. Stir well and place in the refrigerator for a few hours. It will look very soupy, but stir it again, and place in the freezer until solid. Enjoy!
