Our ground beef is sourced from local farmers right here in Wisconsin. Although it's not certified organic, they are grass fed and given no growth hormones or vaccines. Beef is fully cooked before freeze drying, so it's ready to eat. Once rehydrated, this package contains the number of pounds listed in the quantity you selected, of fresh, ground beef.
